Queer narratives

“Być jak Mikołaj”, “Transgresja” and “Reszta naszego życia” are films about relationships in which trans identity is present as a fact rather than a problem. They resist narratives built around an outsider's astonishment. Their characters must negotiate presence, conversation and change — things that cannot always be anticipated or controlled.
